A Return and Refund of deposit policy usually consists of:
- Terms of return (as agreed on by original contract)
- Cleaning fees of up tp $50 can be applied to any piece of equipment if it returns dirty.
- State of return (same or better condition then when removed from rental yard)
- Reason for return (damaged or end on original contract)
- Process for return (inspection of returned item, closed contract/receipt given)
- Process of refund (terms of refund is given immediately upon approved return, duration of bank transfer is dependent on customer bank, payment details will be given on receipt)

- Always call 811 or dig alert before preforming any excavations or digging in any soil or earth conditions regardless of the location of the dig.
- Fleegerwerx is not responsible for any damage to persons or property of any kind regardless of skill level or operations of any of our equipment.
- If there is any issue with any of our equipment at any point in rental agreement, STOP use of equipment immediately, call us immediately and let us know! (In most cases we can offer a refund if the damage is not customer negligence related.
